Except for the massage section, it wasn't bad.

− Very Disappointing Experience – Unhygienic Massage Area and Unfair Pricing The massage area was dirty and unhygienic. The massage therapist appeared to be ill, and I became ill after the massage. This was a very unpleasant experience and raised serious concerns about hygiene. I was also extremely disappointed with the pricing. It seemed that significantly higher prices were quoted when staff realized that a customer was a tourist and did not speak Turkish. In my experience, the price could be as much as ten times higher. This felt unfair and misleading. I expected much better hygiene standards, transparent pricing, and professional service from a hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I would advise other guests to confirm the price in advance and be cautious before using the massage service.

6.0Die Hotelleitung war bei der Lösung eines Problems sehr hilfsbereit und Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.
− Das Frühstücksteam, insbesondere eine Frau als Mitarbeiterin , die täglich im Frühstücksbereich arbeitete, wirkte unfreundlich und nervös. Das Reinigungsteam war manchmal nicht sorgfältig genug und tauschte Handtücher, Seife und Rasierer nicht aus.
