Mala y desagradable experiencia en las instalaciones del hotel

− Muy mala y desagradable experiencia, después de manejar de fresno a concord California para una reunión de trabajo a primera hora al día siguiente decidí quedarme en este hotel lo que considero una muy mala decisión. Desde que entramos a la habitación la experiencia fue súper desagradable comenzando por la insalubridad de la misma consiguiéndome moscas muertas por todos lados de la habitación, habían en la ducha y la poceta (retrete) lo que me obligó a tomar la decisión de no utilizar el baño y no pudiendo tomar una ducha para salir a una reunión de trabajo después de haber pasado toda la noche sin dormir ya que la cama es súper incómoda no era del tamaño que ofrecían en la página las almohadas ni en los moteles baratos me había conseguido con almohadas tan malas y debido al mal funcionamiento del aire acondicionado ya que se apagó como a las dos horas de haberlo prendido se congeló y comenzó a botar agua lo que ocasionó que se mojara mi mochila con la ropa limpia y así fué toda la noche hasta esperar que amaneciera para desalojar las instalaciones, la verdad muy mala decisión quedarme allí por lo cual exijo se me reintegre el pago total de la noche de alojamiento.

− No one to talk to in the reception the second day never clean my room no shampoos no coffee dirty when I called they never answer after 2 hours someone answer I told what happen he said nothing he can do until the next day Really terrible
