8.0Excellently central, comfortable & friendly welcoming staff. Brilliant air conditioning & other room features.
− Really hard to find the car park, even with prior advice of a postcode & a modern satnav which directed us to the Crowne Plaza car park behind the hotel across the road.
Very convenient and pleasant.
9.0Breakfast was nicely cooked and served with a smile. The rooms are always clean. The hotel is really near the Royal Centre and therefore excellent. Staff are always pro-active and securing the best price. Air con works well.
− NO evening food available - there always used to be. Been coming to this hotel for over 30 years.

− Steps to get into the property and got lift to floor 1 then steps to get to the room
An enjoyable stay although we only stayed for a short period of time.

− One of the rooms needs a new toilet seat. Very stained and not clean.
