− Facility was worn. The linens and towels were stained and worn. The breakfast trays were empty and the attendant was just walking around not doing anything.

− When we got back after a long day at 10pm Saturday wanting a shower, we found that no room service had been done. I walk back down to front desk to ask for towels and wash rags but was greeted with attitude. Then the towels had holes and stains all over them. I was told that's all we got. I ended up going to Walmart and buying some because they were so bad.
