Miscommunication
6.0I requested a handicapped room and was told on multiple occasions when I spoke with staff confirming my reservations that I was set up to stay in a handicapped room. When I arrived there was not a handicapped room available for me. The staff was apologetic for the inconvenience and did move me to a ground floor. Due to this mix up I would not suggest your hotel to others. Other than this, my stay was uneventful, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was clean and in good working order.

10.0The staff and hotel were excellent. Employees were welcoming. Clean rooms well kept up and decorative. Modest breafast provided. Nice. The only curb thrown...my cousin lster explained is SOME hotels do not have closets to hang clothing, no drawers. I bought additional carrying bag and left more clothes on floor and bed. Did not use housekeeping until departure. So tip reflected.
The Worker turned me away and did not let me check in. I had nowhere to sleep and I had to sleep in my car.
