Great location, poor service overall.

− No AC in the room. When I asked about getting it fixed, I was told that there is no AC available and I should open the windows. Great option when you are in central Paris. I didn’t sleep well because of that, it was sleeping in a very hot room or noisy room, neither good! I’ve requested a taxi to go to the Gare du Nord, I was provided with a private car, not a taxi. I ended up paying twice the price of the fair and a slower ride as private cars can not use the buses lines. Not happy!
