8.0Overall good- Gal at front desk was helpful with getting us room on first floor as requested vs 3rd floor for disabled husband. Mgr on duty was greeting everyone which made you know he was present. The only comment was the ice machine was not working on floor one, so you had to go up and get ice- no biggie, but there was a baseball tourney and many kids chasing around. All for activity for kids but parents getting a block of rooms need to be aware that not acting the hotel is there for same event and be misfile kids can’t be running around or blocking the front entrance when some are walking with canes. Maybe a clause when renting a block that parents need to be honed in on their kids. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Our room was quiet-

10.0What a wonderful stay we had with our 2 dogs. Our room had 2 queens, and a kitchen area. It was a comfortable and spacious room for us and our 2 dogs. I had a lovely encounter with Virginia on the 3rd floor looking for ice. Her enthusiasm was infectious; she is exactly the type of person you want on you team! I also encountered Lauren at check in, she was very welcoming and Alona (?) at check out, was very pleasant! Our customer service experience is why we stay at Marriott Towne Place! Thank you and we will be back in the fall!
NO A/C and no one cared!
4.0We are two seniors who stayed at this Marriott 5/14t to 5/17 and only one of the three rooms had air conditioning working. This was reported to the desk on two mornings, but nothing was done. In one bedroom the temperature reached 79 degrees, making for a miserable nights. On 5/15 we asked also for clean towels and for the trash to be removed, (not necessary to clean room and make beds) but only the towels were replaced. On 5/16 the room was not visited by cleaning staff and after a long day we had to go down and ask for towels. It was definitely not worth all the money we had to pay to our visit!

− Wasn't prepared to walk into construction and there was glass in the parking areas. Also there was not hand soap nor an extra roll of toilet paper in room.
