Horrible restaurant experience
4.0I arrived at the buffet at about 10:45 AM today. Breakfast closed at 11 and lunch starts at 11. I decided to go ahead and order breakfast instead of eating from the buffet. I ordered eggs, potatoes , and bacon instead of the buffet because the buffet was looking pretty old— like the food had been there for a long while. My order came out about 20 minutes later. The food was cold, stale, and obviously taken from the buffet. Good job, Westin. I called the server over and politely told her this is not freshly cooked. It’s cold. She played like she could not understand what I was saying. I sent it back and basically ordered lunch instead. Super disappointing from what it supposed to be a higher-end hotel.

10.0This one gets five stars because of value. The stay was above expectations for the amount I paid. Pro’s: Comfortable bed, nice rain shower, good water pressure, great blackout curtains, friendly and helpful front desk people, good wi-fi, well-equipped workout room. Con’s: $30 for the buffet breakfast, nowhere to eat within walking distance, have to pay for parking, hotel is tired and definitely needs refurbishing.
I give up on ths place
6.0Greed has taking this place over… I use to stay here all the time. They want $20 a day. for parking $5 for a cup of coffee and they are understaffed … the Double Tree across the street is a better deal
