10.0Our stay was fantastic! I wasn’t quite sure which unit we’d be in, but our view was amazing and the property was perfect! Soft, sandy beach right next to a lovely pool and hot tub. We would definitely choose this stay again!

9.0Loved the apartment ,beds and view.
− There were a few difficulties with the air-conditioning, while it's understandable that it only works with doors shut securely. There was one sensor that needed to be screwed down to make contact . And it wasn't fixed so it had to be adjusted by hand every time you used that door.. also we never got information on how or if the TV s in the bedrooms worked.. that's all otherwise it was great. Thx Laura And Gary Jones. I had also requested a. Earlier check in time but didn't get an answer until the day we got there..

10.0True oceanfront with lanai. Wonderful pool / hot tub area and private entrance to beach. Room was clean and had everything we needed, plenty of dishes, utensils, cooking tools. Hope to come back!

9.0− The procedure for picking up the key could be more convenient. The Viator notification provided a phone number, but was not the right one. I received a text message for check in instructions, however, it did not mention" Polo Beach ", but rather say "Hyatt ... destination" ... was a bit confusing. I arrived the Beach club first (around 7pm), and had to make multiple phone calls to figure this out ... This can be improved. Everything else is very good.
