10.0Fantastic hotel. Highly recommend for visiting Maui. Located to many of the best beaches, snorkeling, and better weather. Stunning building and rooms. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They truly make you feel at home. Thank you Hilton Vacation Club. I hope to be back soon!

6.0The food situation was very disappointing...grab and go fast, unhealthy food was the only option. We were glad we could walk to Duke's! They only cleaned the room once in our 5 day stay and they didn't even change the sheets, vacuum or sweep the floor. The electrical outlets were so loose in the bathrooms that I couldn't keep my curling iron plugged in it just kept falling out! The tv and internet was in and out of service while we were there. It just wasn't the same experience as the last time we were there. We expected way more from the Hilton brand.
