We had a really good stay. Location was great and the room was nice.

I liked the location and size of the rooms.

− Cleaning could have been better. Looked like pubic hair in the shower and some on the sink. Pair of dirty panties were laying in the bathroom floor half under the towel table that was left from the previous renters which is pretty nasty. The construction across the rd wasn't to great but nothing you could do about that.

This is our new favorite place to stay because of the view and fishing at the Cherry Grove Pier behind the resort. It's great that we can park and walk to everything without driving.

Close proximity to beach

− Long lines for elevator one elevator ended up breaking while we were there Which made the lines even longer. I also don’t like the fact that we had to wait to check in which was a little hectic seeing as you had to park in a very small lot and wait for your room and then go over to the parking garage across the street

We just went to relax and I love to metal detect. It's always quiet and a relaxing time.

location was good. on oceanfront. Clean room but a little dated. furniture could use updating. on 1 x they didn’t empty garbage, Solicited for time share on check in, overall good trip & would stay again

The ocean view.

− The hotel is going down hill. The elevators are slow and looks to not be taking care of. There were several items left in our room from a previous guest. The on site restaurant is filthy. There was not many people there and the table they sat us at was sticky and I had food in my chair. The plates at the buffet bar had food stuck to it. To be charged 14.95 per person you expect it to be clean and to be served quickly. The hotel states that pool bands are required to be worn and is checked but most people did not have bands on and they came and went. The lady that was supposed to be checking just sat in a chair and played on her phone. She never checked anyone. When this was brought to the staffs attention and asked for managers number no number was given. The staff said they understood but nothing was done about it. We also was locked out of our bedroom door due to a bad lock on the door. Staff told us mataience was there and would show up that night. They never showed up until that next morning late. Had we not used a card to get the door open we all would have had to sleep in the living room. Our keys, wallets, kids clothes was in that room. Anytime I tried to call the front desk the line was always busy they never picked up. I would always have to call the reservation number and them get in touch with the front desk. On the day of checking out. The staff said let me check to make sure you have nothing. She said so you won't call. Some people call and ask questions. Why do you care if people call and ask questions? It is your job to answer questions. You can get a better hotel with more professional staff and better amenities than what you pay here. We definitely won't stay here again and that's sad because we were married here and we come back every year and spend 3 to 4 thousand dollars.
