Grace Bay Beach, Providenciales, Providenciales, Providenciales, TC
beautiful with a few caveats
8.0first off, the property itself is gorgeous. the beach is so stunning, as is the pool, and the hotel is overall well maintained. the rooms are spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. few things to note, there are an overwhelming amount of children here, and I was completely unaware that this was such a family resort. so expect all that coincides with such a multitude of children. crying kids next to your dinner table isn’t my ideal, so something to consider. not an error on the hotels behalf, just something to note before booking this hotel. restaurants are overpriced to the maximum. expect to spend $200+ if you’re eating on the property, and that’s excluding drinks. sui ren at the shore club nearby is amazing i will say! I travelled with my mom, and us being immense beach lovers really enjoyed the beach here. the water is crystal clear like nothing I have ever seen before. there are beautiful schools of fish close to shore, a few stingrays, and the most blissful gentle waves. service on the beach is good too! breakfast buffet has little to no vegetarian options, and is a typical “american” breakfast so think a plethora of meat, pancakes and eggs. tisha at the front desk is wonderful and i’d say overall the rest of the staff here is polite and accommodating too!! all in all i had a pleasant stay here, definitely consider booking the palms for your next beach vacation!!
Beautiful and awesome location. Good rooms.
8.0Staff not so pleasant. Exception to Joanne that feel us special during our mornings coffee. Wonderful beach area. Good room.
Another anniversary in Eden.
10.0We love The Palms. Got married there nine years ago and have been back many times since. We start each day at this beautiful resort in the garden for the breakfast buffet. We are greeted by the hostess Jane whose sparkly smile and warm tone reminds us that we are in a special place.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and Relaxing
10.0We had an amazing stay at The Palms in Turks and Caicos! The rooms were beautiful, incredibly spacious, and always spotless thanks to the wonderful housekeeping staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, making our vacation even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Ms. Nadine at the Kids Club—she was absolutely amazing with our children. She was caring, engaging, and made them feel so comfortable. If you’re traveling with kids and need a babysitter, I highly recommend asking if she’s available. She truly went above and beyond. Another standout was Dwayne at the Latitude Bar. He provided excellent service and shared some fantastic recommendations for places to visit around the island, which made our trip even more memorable. The resort’s location is another huge plus. It’s just a short distance from the Thursday Night Fish Fry, making it easy to experience the local food, music, and culture. Overall, The Palms exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return!
Great vacation spot
10.0Another wonderful trip to the Palms. The hotel is amazing and the staff phenomenal. We loved Arleen. I would say she was short and spicy. We left every meal with a smile. Looking forward to coming back to visit
Not an adult property
4.0If you are adults vacationing be sure to find out if a conference filled with children will be in attendance. My husband and I experienced 2 lovely, quiet days and then the invasion happened. We never expected screaming in the hallways at 5 am. I needed to ask security to ask children to leave the adult pool and hot tub. There’s no adult seating at the pool. I love kids but this in not what we were expecting.
