− Entrance to palazzo is fine but it’s all downhill from that point. Very sad looking lobby and room. Don’t be deceived by website. Man at front desk looked just as sad and could care less about anything. Not even a greeting. Understand this is a budget hotel but still. I’m in Rome 3 times a year and have stayed in many hotels before my flight back to states and this is definitely not up on list.

8.0Very good location with good transport around, room was clean and space, bed comfortable, shower clean. Stuff very nice, polite and very helpful. Minimarket on the corner and good restaurants around.
− Not exactly soundproof room and no safe box in the room.
