Very disappointing
1.0− No hot water. Tv didn’t work. Staff dismissive no apology and no offer of a refund.
Good place to stay on St Cuthberts Way.
8.0Helpful Staff and location. Easy to get bus to Harstanes to meet St Cuthberts way where left the day before.
− Little bit tired inside. And food average. ( had dinner there) Room could do with easy access plug for the kettle.
