5.0− I almost pay $200 dollars my room didn’t have central air conditioning they gave me the regular room with a fan the room was hot throughout the night. This was the second time I have stayed here I thought it was going to be the same experience not this time. Next time before I reserve a room through booking I will read everything carefully.

8.0Bonita vista y bonitas zonas comunes, tiene elevador y tiene aire acondicionado Supuestamente me mejoraron a una habitación mejor, pero no vi diferencia con las fotos que había visto en booking
− Cama incómoda, el colchón muy hundido de un lado, hace falta cambio o que los vayan rotando para que se degasten por todos los lados , toallas desgastadas y habitaciones que necesitan una remodelación se escuchaba el ruido de las habitaciones y un ruido general como del aire auqnue lo tuvieras apagado, como si tuvieras unas nevera dentro de la habitación, no me permitió descansar cómodamente y tuve que usar tapones de oídos para dormir un poco mejor

9.0This hotel had great amenities such as the pool and access to the lake. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were also clean and comfortable.
− The breakfast was very expensive for what it was but it’s unlimited so I guess somewhat worth it. The rooms also didn’t have any AC so it was hot and I didn’t want to open the windows because of the mosquitos

Underwhelmed
7.0Breakfast was sub par at 15$ us a guest after paying 200+ us per room when checking in at 9pm. The staff were friendly. The mattresses were not comfortable but the room was ok otherwise. I understand the location was great but expected more in the price range. I ended up getting an Airbnb the following day that was cheaper and overall much better value.
− Quality of sleep was subpar as was the breakfast at the price range.
