4.0There is no after hours service the tubs and toilets stop up constantly and they expect you to plunge tge toipet. I dont work here

10.0People have given bad reviews, but for the price it's not that bad .it's not a luxury hotel but an older one.it represents what nashville used to be like back in the days.Anytime l'm in the Madison/ Rivergate area this is my go to place.service was great,lady behind the counter was very nice.

2.0The place was very disgusting, stain on the bedsheets, no elevators, roaches running around, horrible smell.
