6.0Check-in procedure was very smooth. Passport copy, address & email info with a small deposit and voila! The staff members were very polite, friendly, and helpful. I was greeted with warm smiles and kind comments from the security staff and check-in crew. They have a crazy "no visitors" policy, and they charge you if you have guests after 10p. Not mentioned on the website. Hm The building is old and needs a little TLC. The reviews about the shower draining slow are true. Additionally, the sink in unit 2507 leaked water onto the floor when used. The A/C unit was cold enough to refrigerate food. (Not quite cold enough for ice cream though.) I attempted to order room service shortly after check-in (7:30p) only to find that they didn't have burgers or pizza available, but they are the prominent items displayed on their menus. Fortunately, there are several restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, but the 27" TV was quite small. There are wonderful unobstructed views from the 25th floor. This building has an observatory level that was closed during my stay. There is a casino located on the 3rd floor, and a pool and fitness center available for those interested. Transportation is available right outside the front door, but there are times when the grab taxis are not in the area and you have to keep trying, or use one of the local taxis stationed out front. Check-out is straightforward. Turn in your key, wait for room inspection, then receive your deposit.

6.0This place use to be really nice. Now it looks haunted and old. At night the lobby is so dark like they are saving electricity. Rooms are okay. Clean, but old.

8.0I enjoyed my 7 nights here. Breakfast was very limited but ok. The room was very comfortable and AC was good. Outside windows were very dirty. Shower was lukewarm and never warmer. Bathroom sink got very hot water. Bathroom drain was very slow. House keeping was very good but not available on Sunday. I thought this hotel was a good value for what I paid.

4.0The place was not as clean, the shower room floods every time we shower. They never inform us about the main swimming pool was under renovation when we booked it. The other swimming was pathetic and needed maintenance. Our stay was unpleasant.

2.0We received a call in our room from the their staff and demanding for additional charges Php 7,500 for my siblings stayed few hours with us in the room from 3am to 7am. Toilet bowl won't flush and shower clogged. Pool was closed.
