− The staff attitude was very bad . The receptionist offered me a paid upgrade with a complimentary SPA access , however when I went to the SPA they asked me for a fee and they denied what the receptionist told me . Two things I would like to highlight here: 1- this is my first time to a hotel where accessing the SPA facilities is chargeable, usually I am only paying for services provided like massage and body or skin care but not for accessing the facilities 2- the staff attitude is bad. They tell the things then they deny it add to this they just don’t care if the customer satisfied or has any notes
