Regret it because we did not know all the things mentioned above.

− I was not aware the 3rd floor was under consruction and the pool was as well. That is the main reason we picked this hotel was so the kids could swim on down time. We were also charged extra and the desk attendant didn't know why., fortunately the one at checkout refundes that back to us.

− The room I was given had not been renovated and it was damp, dated, dingy, and in desperate need of a complete overhaul. This room was worth maybe $75 a night, yet I paid over TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for it.
