Our stay was completely spoilt by the yobbish behaviour of men who should know better and the Hotel staff maybe need to
5.0Great views overlooking the golf course from the terrace and restaurant.
− The foul language and the general behaviour of the golf players who during our stay had almost zero awareness of other mixed ages and groups of other hotel guests being around them including young children, totally unacceptable.

Enjoyable, somewhat spoiled by noisy neighbours and people coming back early hours of the morning.
8.0Room was comfortable and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Lasagne and chips of the bar menu was good. Breakfast was varied and good
− I asked for a quite room, there was a wedding on so that did'nt work out, but nothing the hotel could do I suppose. Next door neighbour had television on loud from 12:00 and still going at 00:50. no answer when I knocked on door. Went to reception, Adam was able to switch off sound remotely and was very helpful, so thanks for that. Peope coming back from the wedding at 03.10, noisy and drunk was not great. I think still serving drinks at that time of night is unacceptable.
Lovely Stay
9.0We go to a lot of spa stays, the first time here. We will stay again, next time we are hoping to stay 2 nights. Despite the room decor being old they were maintained well and we could see new carpets, new bed etc. Our only criticism was the spa area. The temperature of the pool and jacuzzi were lovely, sadly, sauna was not working and the spa area especially the ceiling needs work. My partner said mens changing room needs modernising .
− Again only issue we had was no robes. Most spas we go to have robes, not a problem as we bought some ourselves although we didn't take them because we thought they may have had some.
