Good location, walking distance to beach, several restaurants and convenience store. Direct access to the lagoon so you can go for walk around. Apartment was very spacious and had good laundry facilities. I really liked the open plan layout with separate balcony off the master bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates, pans etc to make meals at home. Secure carparking. Grounds were beautiful and really well maintained. Pools were great, heated with plenty of cabana chairs available. Staff were helpful in that they came to see the dishwasher and did source an extender for us to use to assist with the wifi issue.

− Wifi is non-existent. We look for 3 things in accommodation - pool, wifi and carparking, so this was a significant issue for us. Staff provided us with an extender which was to help strengthen the signal but it was still very poor, dropping in and out so Im not sure that is a fixable issue. We also had poor mobile reception in the apartment so that caused a lot of issues too, particularly as I had some work to do online during our stay and there was no internet, netflix etc for the kids to enjoy, could not make calls to book restuarants or order food, or book tours. Staff did advised that the further away from reception you are, the worse it is so perhaps the spacing between the buildings is an issue (our apartment was one of the furthest away from reception on the lagoon). So if you choose to stay, I would try to request an apartment close to the office or bring your own mobile wifi service if that is something you want to have available dur8ng your stay. Cleaning was a significant issue too. Surfaces had not been wiped down, there was a layer of dust on the TV tables and mould in the shower cubicle. A musty smell from the second bedroom and the kids were coughing non stop in that room when the ac or fans were on so they had to sleep out on the lounges for the majority of the stay. Our dishwasher was also broken on arrival as we found out that night. It was full of water so I assume wasnt checked by housekeeping before our arrival. When I went to report the following day, someone had already entered our apartment without our knowledge and fiddled with it as there were had towels aroundthe base, it was leaking onto the towels and an alarm was going off. Things break, you can't help that and we agreed to let them repair it after our stay, but we had more of an issue with somebody entering the apartment without our knowledge. A tap in the kids shower was also broken.

Size of apartment was great. Balcony good Location - Great pub within walking distance. Easy distance to Trinity foreshore Ebike hire was great

− Pool is alot smaller than the photos ! Equipment in apartment wasn't great. Broken knife's. We arrive after the office was closed. (hours differ on google) Couldn't access keys. Called the number on doors, no answer & voicemail Eventually asked a passer by if they knew yhe number to lock box they did...so got keys. Management did Eventually call me but we'd been there over 20mins & it was very stressful as was worried we'd have no where to stay. Especially as we had kids in car.

Heated pool and location

Great beach location and lovely view from the apartment

Spacious two bedroom apartment with lovely view over the lagoon. Close to beach. Nice pools and tennis court. Two were meant to be heated but only one felt heated. The resort is a mix of holiday apartments and permanent residents

− Very weak WiFi (and poor phone reception) was a bit annoying.
