8.0The property is showing its age, but the room was in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. When I arrived the pool was murky, but by the time I left the water was crystal clear. The gym area is not great, no A/C, but if you're willing to sweat it out, it'll work ... I used the treadmill for an hour and was soaked when finished. Overall this hotel served its purpose and I will use it again.

8.0We had great experience staying in Crown regency suites and residences in Mactan. Our flight was delayed so we had to check in late. This property was flexible and able to accommodate us. The building itself is outdated but it was clean. The staffs were very friendly too. I hope that cleanliness wont change. It would be nice if they fix this place up to enhance its potential. But overall good place to stay.

6.0The amenities and the staff are nice and accommodating though the furniture's are quite old,,the streets going to the hotel location is too busy or traffic going to nearby market, malls...
