Nice location, friendly staff, wasn’t clean which is a dealbreaker
6.0The location was central to most of the things we needed in town. We were attending an event at the Cajundome and this was one of the few locations that were within 2 miles of the stadium. The front desk staff were all very friendly!
− My highest judgment on a hotel is based on cleanliness. This one really dropped the ball. The bathroom had TONS of black hairs. It was disgusting. I had to request someone to come re clean the bathroom. One of the front desk came up and did it herself which I appreciated. I still felt uneasy about the whole room after seeing the bathroom though.
Overall happy customers that will return.
10.0Location great, close to venue. Cleanliness, staff, the bed and pillows were great, room spacious, free shampoo/conditioner & body gel..prefer Dove products but appreciated. Allowed us to check-in earlier due to room being ready & available. Provided coffee in the lobby, great.
− Again not enough blind/curtain to completely darken the room, could not sleep in due to light coming in thru the side/bottom of the window blinds.
I stayed two days very clean no issues

− Driving to parking lot was a substantial dip.

− The next room noise they played music all night and was loud at 3am ‼️ I end up calling the front desk and they took care of it right away.
