1.0− Meneer voor wie wij de kamer hebben geboekt kreeg 2 dagen nadat hij was ingecheckt een sterfgeval in zijn familie en hij moest naar de begrafenis. Wij hebben gevraagd aan het hotel om hem een voucher te geven voor de resterende 10 dagen van zijn verblijf omdat hij de kamer niet zou gebruiken. Het hotel wilde dit niet doen. Wij hebben ook een bericht maar booking.com gestuurd en geen reactie gekregen.

− The daily breafast option of burnt bacon and scrambled eggs as a hot became a chore, Service at dinner was so slow. It took 15mins to even get a menu and a further 15mins for a drink, the food was 45mins.. that reallt needs attention
