We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning some day.
10.0Location was gorgeous. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was quaint/charming. Enjoyed the hot tub in the storm. Hammock by the creek was awesome. Only thing I didn’t love was the menu selection at the restaurant. It wasn’t terrible, just wasn’t up the the level of everything else.

No elevator?
7.0It is a beautiful building in a beautiful spot. The staff was very nice.
− I was very surprised they don't have an elevator. We had to haul all of our luggage up the stairs to the second floor. When we checked in we were told the wifi was down. There is no cell phone service so we had no way of letting family know we made it. I know the internet being down isn't the Lodge's fault but it was inconvenient.
