− La literie, le hammam qui ne fonctionne pas.
Nous sommes déçus par les prestations pour un 4 étoiles.
6.0L’accueil à notre arrivée. La vue Les voituriers Le personnel du restaurant l’avant dernier soir.
− Les serviettes et les draps qui ne semblaient pas très propres. La poussière dans la chambre. Nous avons eu du mal à dormir car il faisait chaud dans la chambre du bas. Il n’y avait pas de personnel permanent au bar.

10.0رائع يستحق اعلى تقييم الموظفين متعاونيين والمكان والنظافة رائعه مناسب للي معه سيارة يبعد عن السنتر مشي ربع ساعه موقعه مرتفع عن مجيف في سفح الجبل خدمات الفندق ممتازه الافطار والسبا والمسبح هناك غرفة اطفال جميله جميع مافي الفندق جميل شكرا كانت اقامة جميلة
