6.0Checkout is at 10:00. We had the do not disturb sign on the door. My husband went to get coffee. The maid came in unannounced and I was getting dressed!! Not happy. Train your house keepers better.

10.0The property has a golf course view, and pretty quiet. I like about the room including kitchen and bath tub. add a balcony overlook. It is a great place for travelers who looks for mountain and creek combined with privacy resort.

10.0This property is nestled in the mountains of North Carolina and is beautiful. Though the lake is currently being cleaned up after the Hurricane, the shops, the food, the amenities are all excellent. Best part is the people, everyone is friendly and happy that you are there.

8.0The resort offers a quiet, relaxing escape with comfortable accommodations. The rooms appear to have been recently updated, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with a huge tube but a rather small shower. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. The downside of the room was poor lighting in the kitchen/dining room area, the living room was on the 2nd floor as you entered the accommodation and then descended the stairs to the kitchen/bedroom/bathroom. Guests have access to both outdoor and indoor pools/hot tub, mini-golf, tennis and basketball courts. They also have a band stand, picnic tables and a boardwalk along Lake Lure. It is about a mile drive down the road to get to these amenities. At the time of our visit, Lake Lure was closed due to the severe damage from Hurricane Helene. They were working on the lake but we could not get an opening date. Despite the devastation, it was still a beautiful area and we hope to return once it's back up and running. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful with suggestions on what to do. Again, due to the hurricane damage, a lot of businesses and attractions were closed in the area.
