期待はずれ
5.01 部屋が19㎡と他の近隣ホテルより広かったこと。 2 朝ご飯がおいしかったこと。
− 1 ベッドが低くて座りにくく、また他の同程度のホテルと比較してベッドが古いのか、柔らかかったこと。 2 水回りの設備が古く、特にウォシュレットは最初は冷たい水でその後すぐに熱すぎて痛かったのでフロントに言ったら、通常の温度で古いタイプのウォシュレットのため温度調節はできないとの事。また、お風呂や洗面台の蛇口は水とお湯が別々で、特に洗面台の蛇口の温度調整をいちいちしなければならなかったのは、おそらく何十年も設備を更新してないためと思う。このレベルのホテルでは珍しいし使い勝手が大変悪い。 3 チェックアウトの際にホテルフロントに観光地のことを調べてもらったら、ネット検索して最低限の事しか言えない外国人だったため、これはどうかと思う。この程度のネット検索なら自分でもできるので、他のホテルに比べてサービスが良くないと思った。
