10.0Homewood Inn and Suites is now my home away from home.
− Everything was exquisite.
While it was in a good location and good price I wouldn’t recommend staying here until some remodeling has been done.
6.0Property was in a good location and near many places to eat.
− While Homewood is usually not as updated as Home2 this one was in poor condition. Bathtubs flacking their paint, carpet in halls wet and dirty, doors with no security locks, room floors sandy. In 2 weeks of staying at Hiltons it was the first one that I felt less clean being there. Staff was unprepared with no breakfast supplies and were out of almost everything and made no effort to make it better. Staff also didn’t recognize or welcome us as Hilton Honors members or give us our welcome bags.

5.0My mattress was dirty blood and urine stanes all over the mattress 😒 we spoke with manager Grace Kelly, so she is aware! We walked back into the room after making a report. The lining we had placed on the floor, they picked the stuff up off the floor and were getting ready to put it back on the bed! My name is Victoria McGee, and I didn't use my card for points!
