9.0The room did not have the mobility details; I was told none available. Realized I would not be able to stay without. Lindsey called me when I was out to dinner; she was able to work out a swap had a team transferring our items to room 211. A perfect fit: shower, raised toilet, grab bars. I so appreciated her and her support crew for doing this. I would have had to find other accommodations. Five stars for her customer service. And I hope a bonus from Amerivu treating these kind ladies to a pizza lunch!!!!
− 2 things There was a lack of coffee a couple mornings in the breakfast room The pool is down the hall from the front desk. People walk from the pool to the elevator and more than once the tile floor in the reception area by the front desk is wet. This could result in a slip and fall and is a liability hazard. Would suggest your loss control employee check this out for a solution And room 211 has a huge crack in the window. Might want to fix that before a strong storm comes. And the chairs in the reception area by the front desk could use a shampooing. Otherwise the motel seems well maintained. My 4th stay here.

9.0I’d booked the wrong room. Nothing was too much for the young lady with tattoos on reception though. She moved us straight away to a more appropriate room. We went to the rodeo and this is a great location for the fairground. The Mexican restaurant next door is out of this world.
− The breakfast was a bit pitiful. I don’t expect much from a motel breakfast but it was poor.
