A comfortable and convenient stay, with the only downside being a frustrating billing issue.
7.0The hotel was easy to find, comfortable, and met our family's needs for an overnight stay after attending an event nearby. Everything about the room and the stay itself was exactly what we were looking for, and the location was convenient for our plans.
− The only issue was with billing. We had prepaid for the room through Booking.com, but after our stay, the hotel charged our card again because they were having trouble processing the payment method provided by Booking.com. The charge was eventually reversed after several phone calls. Still, it was frustrating that we had to spend time resolving an issue between the hotel and its booking partner rather than having it handled behind the scenes.

− The lady at the front desk personality wasn't pleasant and I drove an hour to secure my room
Service was bad. Couple of guests and I went downstairs for breakfast at 9am. There was no food left. Staff in charge of

− Front desk lady refused to let me switch rooms after I informed her that there was a family with little noisy kids next door.
Like we said Everything AWESOME!
10.0The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given a room where we did not have to walk far and our vehicle was a good walking distance. The hotel staff checked on us through text.
− Everything was good for us. The location was expectational for us to go get something to eat or enjoy a place for us to enjoy ourselves.
