Great Hotel, great stay.
9.0The staff were super friendly and helpful, the air conditioning was fantastic, the room was clean and it probably had the best WiFi of any hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff sorted the one small issue we had immediately and couldnt do enough to help us. Excellent customer service.
− The glasses in the bathroom were dirty with a strange white residue at the bottom, and my quite expensive pint was badly poured. The TV was also slanted and a tad small for the room.

A comfortable stay for a wedding in Braintree
8.0Easy to get to and the room was clean and spacious. Free breakfast was great and had loads of options.
− It’s a little bit tired, the upholstered chairs in our room were a little dirty and could use replacing. The bedding was also a little old and tired, I was given double bedding on a single bed so it wasn’t the most comfortable.
