− The room didn't have a walk in shower.

1.0− I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi and informed the front desk, but they barely reacted. In the end, I had to go down there myself and show them the issue just to get a solution. This was honestly the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. It was terrible. I would never want to visit this place again—it completely ruined what should have been a perfect Colorado trip.
