− Be very careful when booking this property online. There is no air conditioning in the guest bedrooms. Furthermore, ensure you double-check your checkout page very carefully. I think the room selection table defaults to non-refundable rates even if you filtered for free cancellation, meaning you will be charged the full rate instantly with no warning if you need to cancel due to the lack of room cooling...like me!

10.0Peaceful & quiet location. Grand & imposing exterior. Interesting & homely interiors. Friendly & welcoming staff. Comfortable bedrooms. Superb breakfast (proper scrambled egg). Don't get fooled by the dispensers, the strawberry jam was delicious & marmalade nice & zesty.
