− I booked with the intention of seaweed bath and mud bath.....contrary to what was advertised...not open to till october. Secondly, main resturant closed on a monday night which was nice to see as i had reviewed menu on l8ne.

6.0The staff were friendly . Views of castle . The beds were comfortable.
− The entrance hallway rug needed cleaning.. the roof terrece wasn't open. The shower splashguard seal was leaking and so there was water all over floor when we showered. It was a non smoking room but there was a strong smell of smoke in it. We sat outside on the seating and table provided having a pre dinner drink whist enjoying the view of the castle. Unfortunately the area was littered with table napkins.

10.0Great hotel! Very accommodating as we were checking in late staff were very friendly! Room was spacious and clean. Fan was provided in the room which was a nice touch during the current heatwave. Would recommend!
