− A strand bárban a személyzet (kivétel a pultban a fiatal hölgy) mind három nap nemtörődöm, udvariatlan, vendégláshoz nem értő , vendég taszító volt. Ez nem egy 5* hotel strand bárjához méltó.

Very nice, but overprized

A very nice hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist. The room was great, huge bathroom and I loved the shower:)
− I booked a Premium Beach View room, but unfortunately it was located at the back of the hotel and offered only a partial sea view instead of the expected beach view. I also found the minibar to be rather overpriced. The hotel is not directly on the beach. Although it has a private beach, it is approximately 400–500 meters from the hotel. Since the hotel is located on a hilltop, guests need to walk downhill to reach the beach, and the elevation difference is noticeable. It is not a major issue, but I think this should be mentioned more clearly in the hotel's description. A shuttle service is available, but during our stay it did not seem to operate on a consistent schedule. The food options at the beach were quite limited, mainly pizza, burgers, and a few salads, all served in disposable paper containers and tableware. In my opinion, this did not match the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel. The beach service was friendly, but it also felt somewhat inconsistent at times.
