6.0Hava soğuk olmasına rağmen klima çalışmıyordu, usuyerek konakladım. Mevsim geçişlerinde merkezi isitmayi calistirmiyorlarmis. Bu uygulamalari yüzünden otelin olumlu yonlerinin bir onemi kalmıyor.

8.0Pool schließt früh und wird wohl Fremdbetrieben. Rezeption konnte keine Reservierung für Massage vornehmen und nicht mal in den SPA Bereich telefonisch verbinden. Man könne nur die Telefonnummer weitergeben, mehr ginge leider nicht ...

10.0Kahvaltı için ek ücret Ödemiştik , daha sonra rezervasyona baktığımda da kahvaltı dahil yazıyordu ama resepsiyonda kahvaltınız yok dendi neyse canınız sağ olsun beş yıldız verdik
