− Vieilles chambres à rénover, peu d'aménagements (rien pour poser ses affaires dans la sdb)
Staff were great & helpful. Room needed refurb however bed was very comfortable & sheets lovely & clean

Bad service, staff rude, stairs dangerous
2.0It was close to tram stops straight into the city centre. Breakfast was good
− We were given a room in the attic like Anne Frank and I had paid for a comfort room. You couldn’t move and the stairs were dangerous. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I complained through the WhatsApp service and they helped by getting our room changed next day to a better room. Shame as we were only there for 2 nights. My mum was 70 and they were not accommodating at all. Two buildings and only one with a lift. I wouldn’t stay here again
