Our first short break in Warrnambool
10.0For our first short break in Warrnambool this was the perfect place to stay. Location was great, meaning we could walk to the beach, thunder point, the CBD and the Flagstaff!! The restaurant next door served delicious food and had room for a drink by the fire. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, parking at your own door! Raj and his wife are perfect hosts who make you feel at home straight away.
The hotel and room itself were all very appealing and the staff were super helpful and friendly.
9.0The phone chat before our arrival to make sure that there would be somewhere to stash our luggage was friendly - and then when we arrived early, instead of just storing our luggage the woman at reception was super helpful and friendly, checked our room status and allowed us room access straight away as the room was ready. This was a great bonus to our little party.
