− I dislike the bed in the living room don’t let out and. My so had to make bed on the floor with sheet and blanket I made them document that and feel I should be compensated

4.0I believe some of the staff( the man on nights) stereotype people and put them on the hot floor two in the not so great rooms. The pool was crappy, the staff was a 6.5 on a scale of 1 to 10. The breakfast was decent. The towels were hard and old, the rooms needs upgrading, ask for the bottom floor.
