Worst Stay Ever
2.0We arrived at 10pm with music so loud we could not sleep. Called the desk and they said it’s at not at their own venue and there is nothing they can do. I slept with noise cancelling headphones. The next day got up to take a shower and got scalded by the water. It was so hot you could have boiled eggs - with no regulation. They agreed to give us a new room. The new room is above the old rooms it’s not 4pm yet, the lounge music has begun. It is so loud you can hear it in our room as if we are there. It won’t stop until 10pm. Then the venue across the street will have their music blaring as well. I will have to sleep again with noise cancelling headphones. Nearly $600 for two nights. The only reason my moved us is because the water burned me. They would not move us because of the noise saying they had no control over it.
