− Bathroom plugged, let the front desk know before leaving for the day, 10 hours later it was not fixed and was told to use the bathroom on level 1 as they didn't have anyone to fix it even though they had all day to fix it. We asked to speak with manager, was told that it was too late to call her (10pm) and were not able to get us another room or place us in another hotel. We ended up leaving, was also charged $100 surcharges and not sure why. Will never recommend this place
Stay was fare. Would have been better if not for the pool lady.
4.0Breakfast was good and the outdoor by the fire pit was nice.
− One staff member was rude in the pool. We were not allowed to have any kind of drinks in the pool area. It was disappointing as we were there for a tournament and would have been nice to hydrate in the hot tub.
