6.0The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were also very apologetic about the a/c being out and sent out an email ahead of time, even though it was out of their control. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of space in the king suite for two people. Pool looked clean. Breakfast was great!
− The a/c didn’t work (we had a cooling unit that actually worked great), so everything was stuffy on our floor. If we had a second cooling unit for the other side of the suite, it would have been much better. Ended up having to share a bed and lose personal space, which was the point to the suite. (I asked for a second unit but they did not have one. They did agree to comp my daily parking fees to make up for it though) Carpet was dirty, made the bottom of my feet dirty in the room, so I just kept my slides on. Also, didn’t like that the back door to the hotel was unlocked (faulty mechanism), so anyone could come and go. I still felt safe though!
