High cost, good location, lack of amenities, grumpy staff, and inconvenient room cleaning
6.0The location and room were decent.
− One of the main staff at the front desk couldn’t care less about service, barely said anything and projected a grumpy demeanor. Our room was never cleaned by the time we returned to the hotel each day (~4pm) and I had to call each afternoon to request a cleaning (despite the front desk saying the rooms would be cleaned every day without the need for requests). This was an expensive hotel and had no real amenities to justify its high cost (i.e., no refrigerator in the room, outdated technology). My experience was not great and I would not stay here again.

− The elevator doesn’t work, 2 of 7 nights they didn’t clean my room beacause they were out of staff…and in general the hotel and room wasn’t so clean, the wifi really poor
