10.0Estadia ótima. Funcionário educados e atenciosos. Café da manhã excelente, vasto, fresco e organizado. Instalações confortáveis e com uma vista pro mar maravilhosa. O restaurante é lindo e a comida é muito boa. A área da piscina é ampla e muito bonita, ainda tem parquinho pra criançada.

8.0Quarto limpo, ar-condicionado funcionando, mas a tv não estava funcionando, a fechadura da porta travou por 2 vezes e precisou ser reparada pelo funcionário, fiquei presa no elevador com mais 2 pessoas, foi bem desesperador.

6.0O quarto não trocavam a toalha, quando chegamos não tinha edredom tive que pedir. Lençol não era de casal, colocavam 2 de solteiro para emendar. Papel higiênico não era reposto todos os dias, tive que solicitar. O Hotel só tinha 1 secador de cabelo disponível para todos o hotel. Alguns funcionários da recepção pouco atenciosos.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature.
