Run by teenagers and food has rapidly gone downhill.
8.0The 2 bedroom suite rooms are very nice. The new pontoon and refurbishment of the pool area are a huge improvement.
− The quality food is poor and so is the service. Some of the waiting staff are rude and condescending. They roll their eyes when you ask to be moved from a table which is lower than your knee height as you cannot eat a proper knife and fork meal from that low. The whole place is run by under 21’s. The kitchen cannot cope with two restaurants. We ordered two bacon double cheeseburgers and both arrived without the bacon and freezing cold chips. A complaint was made and the replacement chips arrived cremated and cold. The bacon arrived when the meal was finished. All in all a massive disappointment and we ate both breakfast and evening meals out in Whistler thereafter as it was cheaper and the food quality was far superior. What was once a great all round hotel is no more. We won’t he returning or recommending this to anyone any more.

8.0Good hotel for short stay to see whistler. Brilliant view over the lake. Room nice and comfortable. Cleans and beds are good. But very difficult to walk on the bathroom floor and in the shower cubicle. The floor is very difficult to stand on bare foot. Bring your flip flops! Unfortunately there is a pay with dogs! It is allowed to bring oats, have them in the room but dogs have a habit to bark especially if they are being put out in the terrace!! Or in the corridor at night !! Breakfast is ok, service is very friendly. Great location for exploring the area .
