2.0I stay in hotels 200+ days per year and this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We checked into this hotel at 3am after working, asked for a late checkout at 12 instead of 11 and they said they do not offer that. Then in the morning I go to take a shower and there absolutely no hot water at all. It took an hour for the maintenance guy to show up and they didn’t even fix it. Skip this hotel and go to a place that cares about their customers. I would not stay here again if it were the only remaining hotel on earth.
Incompetent clerk and manager
2.0I am specifically referring to the Comfort Inn in Garner. I made a reservation and cancelled the same day. The clerk never gave a confirmation number nor gave me a cancelation number. However, they were quick to charge for 2 nights but refused a refund because they say they could not prove I cancelled even though the clerk said, "no problem, she will take care of it". The manager obviously does not know one thing about customer service and believed an incompetent clerk over a good guest. I would skip this hotel if I were you.

4.0The property overall is old an outdated. It has an old carpet smell. Batroom covered in hair. The bedding is stained and dirty. The courtains are dirty. Air conditioner smells bad. The breakfast was the only reason for which I gave it 2 stars.

4.0Stacy was sweet and accommodating. The housekeepers never changed our sheets, nor did they give us clean towels unless we asked for them and they didn’t take out our trash.
