1.0The entire hotel is filthy! It looks like an abandoned building, it smells like smoke, the blankets in my room were dirty the pillow cases had stains, floor was sticky and the toilet wouldn't flush. I ended up not staying, we left after 20 minutes and im still waiting on a my refund.

− They charged my card for one of the rooms that I prepaid and I haven't received my money back yet the keep giving me excuses and im waiting on booking.com to verify it so I can receive my money so as of now I'm out of $348 and is a big inconvenience
