− Vibrations du métro, moquette tachée, sol bruyant qui craque, donc on attend le voisinage marcher à n'importe quelle heure, baignoire sans rideaux de douche (Le sol est trempé), flexible en plastique usé, pas de bagagerie, on doit laisser la clé de la chambre à l'accueil à chaque sortie

− The pictures aren't what we got. The bed, sheets and pillows were good. The carpets are old and worn, no shower curtain, no extras.... The hair dryer worked for a short time then stopped. Nothing at all fancy, not that we were looking for fancy but the room we had definitely needed some attention. Time they spent a few euros on updates! They WILL NOT hold your luggage before or after checking in/out. They make that very clear when you arrive! Big inconvenience! Wouldn't stay again, we would look for something else. It's in a good location, great neighborhood./restaurants and shops. Good luck.
With low cost i would say value for money, but the carpet in the room was really nasty.
4.0The staff was nice and the reception area looked well (i did not go for breakfast there, but it was offered). The room service also with a good standard.
− I understand it's a lower end hotel at relatively cheap price, but i found the old carpet in the room really disgusting - not only it was worn out (which would not be surprising), but it was really nasty, with stains and dirt.
Horrible experience management and rooms

− To begin with, the manager told us as we arrived that if we wanted to go out he had to leave the room key (plastic and only one) at the front desk ( we had kit seen the room yet. Then as we arrived to the room, the floor was stained and dirty, the room smelled really bad and the bathtub was rusted and dirty, no shower, dirty roller, no AC, pipes on the bathroom ceiling. We requested a new room but the manager told us that they were full. We requested a refund and he said, call next morning. As we walked down to leave and talk to him again, he was gone. I have spoken now three times with booking.com and we have not reviewed our reimbursement even though we did not stay at the hotel. I do not recommend staying at this place.
