Bait and switch
2.0I am traveling on business booked a King room with corporate travel. When I checked in and went to room noticed I was in room with Queen double beds that are low and room is for hearing impaired. When I called front desk manager told me they over booked king rooms and gave my room someone with higher status. If you do not have status you will be treated as such. This is the second time in seven days this has happened.
very disappointed
1.0− not allow the kids to run all over and take over the bar area. We wanted to a beverage and relax and it was full of loud kids running every where, up; and down the hall. You could hear them all the way to the 3rd floor.
